I attended a workshop.

A box of ensaymadas – one of my weaknesses. 🙂

Suddenly, I was caught off guard by a delightful surprise: a box of delicious ensaymadas!

I was so happy!

But who gave it?

My seatmate told me, “Ate Eloisa ordered it for you. I waited for it to be delivered; that’s why I left the room for a few minutes.”

My seatmate is Eloisa’s niece.

Above all, she is a good friend.

Not just because she gave me food, mind you.

She made me feel an overwhelming sense of warmth and gratitude.

Knowing someone had thought of me and sent such a thoughtful gesture filled my heart with love.

It reminded me of the power of kindness and cherishing connections.

Truly, it’s the little gestures that make life sweeter.
