Help is a human thing that could give another person HOPE.

When you have that opportunity to help, do not let it pass you by.

I was honored to be part of Globe MyBusiness’ DigiKnow, an SME Digital Literacy Program that aims to educate and empower Filipino MSMEs to use digital technology in their business. I was one of its workshop facilitators.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to meet and learn with Filipino business owners in Cagayan de Oro and Manila (this leg was sold out, where majority of our participants were in the travel industry).

Through DigiKnow, Globe provided business owners with hope and fueled the fire so their businesses can grow.

The business owners were able to learn during the time of crisis. The SME Digital Literacy Program were a great help to this crowd who are already using social media to get travel inquiries and clients.

I was glad to amp up their energy and excitement of digital marketing for their business. EJ Arboleda also discussed how they could protect their business data and do more with possible cashless transactions. Grabe, they looovveee games and prizes!
