I survived. That’s the only way I can describe my first-ever hosting experience at Feast Conference 2025.

Last year, I walked out of the conference telling myself it “might be the last time I attend.”

But something in my heart shifted by the time it ended.

So when I was asked to host one of the classes this year… I said yes.

And immediately wanted to take it back.

Because if you’ve ever attended Feast Conference, you know how massive it is.

You know how meaningful the mission is.

You know what it means to bless people in that space.

So the idea of stepping into that role felt too big for me.

But after everything that’s happened recently—especially being spared from the typhoons—I knew deep down, I had to serve.

Two weeks before the conference, the group chats started.

One GC… then two… then three.

Each one getting busier every day.

And suddenly, I wasn’t just attending Feast Conference.

I was part of the team that made it happen.

I learned how things moved behind the scenes.

I learned that even business giants Jorge Wieneke and Dean Pax Lapid can be deeply humble. I hosted their classes.

I learned that as a host, you’re not just speaking. You’re a Feast Ambassador.

So yes… I had to buy and test makeup. (Hey, I work from home, so this was hard!)

I had to plan outfits because it is always freezing.

I had to research the speakers for the classes I hosted.

And I had to stay ready when things changed—because if there’s one truth about live events, it’s this:

Anything can happen.

Through all of it, I kept praying.

Praying that I’d stay healthy.

Praying for grace.

Praying that God would meet me where my fear lived.

And He did.

In the middle of the rush, the nerves, and the pressure of wanting to do things right…

I still got God’s message to me:

We’re together in the sands and the sails of life.

I am never alone.

And neither are you.

Here are the Feast Conference snaps. 🙂

Sis. Joanne took this photo when she attended one of the classes I hosted. The high heels did its job, then!
