After checking the Facebook ads results, I opened my BenchmarkEmail account.
To my surprise, I saw that I have 13 e-mails on the email list that I created for the campaign. Moreover, I still have 7 who are still not enrolled in the opt-in.
Although I found this as a good news, I still wondered why my data Facebook ads results were different from the number of emails that I got. The campaign got a total of 7 leads.
I took the concern over to the VA 202 Facebook Group. A co-attendee said that some user’s browsers blocks cookies so the Facebook pixels were not able to detect opt-ins.
